Go On Like This is an informal, improvised encounter between writer and performer Tim Etchells (Forced Entertainment) and the legendary percussionist Tony Buck, founder-member of the Australian trio The Necks. The artists share a fascination with the possibilities of both free improvisation and intense repetition – Buck in the realm of mutating percussive elements and Etchells in the realm of looping language fragments. In the performance, Etchells reworks and remixes diverse text materials, including fragments from his recent Monitor Books pamphlet Amends.
